Vineyard sources are in different parts of the estate, including alluvial clay and limestone, and rocky soils at higher altitudes. All vineyards have surface vegetation.

Vinification and aging:
The wine underwent direct pressing with settling by flotation. Fermentation with selected yeasts lasted 9 days at 16ºC to preserve varietal aromas and freshness.
Half of the production was aged for six months in 60% French and 40% American oak barrels of 225 liters. The other half was kept in stainless steel tanks. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
The wine’s intense cherry-red color is very vivid. High aromatic intensity with notes of caramel, cassis, cherry, balsamic and violet found on the nose. Broad and powerful on the palate with good structure and very balanced tannins.
