Half of the production was aged for six months in 60% French and 40% American oak barrels of 225, 300 and 500 liters. The other half was kept in stainless steel tanks. During this time all batches of the wine were left on their own lees to add depth and complexity.

Tasting notes:

Attractive and bright with greenish-yellow color.

Subtle and elegant bouquet, with a touch of minerality and a combination of white flowers and stone fruits, integrated with the aromas from aging with its fine lees.

The wine’s freshness in the mouth stands out, as well as its excellent body, fruit definition and balanced acidity, leading to a long satisfying aftertaste. Very lively and fresh.
